Platinum Performance® is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the distribution of its high-quality supplements through authorized distribution channels. In order to help ensure the best supplement plan for the animal and optimum product freshness and potency, all Platinum Performance® Veterinary Student Program members are required to comply with the following guidelines. Any deviation from these guidelines may result in the revocation of the status as an authorized member of the Platinum Performance® Veterinary Student Program and no additional orders will be allowed for such accounts.

Platinum Performance® reserves the right to discontinue this Program at any time and for any reason, without advanced notice to Program members. Platinum Performance® reserves the right to terminate an individual member’s enrollment in the Program if said customer no longer meets eligibility criteria.

Eligibility: The Program is exclusively for Veterinary Students attending AVMA accredited colleges in the United States and Canada. Students from the following AVMA accredited schools are eligible to participate:

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligible Veterinary Students must enroll as Program members to participate in this Program.
2. Platinum Performance® supplements are to be dispensed directly to the authorized Veterinary Student program member. Platinum Performance® supplements are not intended for resale, or consignment, to any third party for resale.
3. Any resale of Platinum Performance® supplements purchased through the Veterinary Student Program through unauthorized sub-distribution channels constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate termination of such member’s enrollment in the Program. This includes, but is not limited to, resale to third parties such as tack stores, mail order catalogs, online catalogs, retail or online pet stores, discount warehouses or any such establishment with the purpose of resale.
4. Veterinary Student Program members are not permitted to allow retailers or wholesalers, or any third party, to use their enrollment and/or membership to purchase Platinum Performance® supplements.
5. The Veterinary Student Program is for the benefit of the Veterinary Student member mentioned below and is not extendable to others including clients of the Veterinary Student member.
6. Platinum Performance® reserves the right to terminate the Veterinary Student program member’s account if any member no longer meets the eligibility criteria, and/or based on violation of this agreement, misrepresentation, criminal, unethical or unsportsmanlike conduct.
7. Platinum Performance® reserves the right to refuse sale to any party.
8. Veterinary Student Program members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the educational materials that Platinum Performance® provides to be an informed ambassador of the brand. Veterinary Student AAEVT Program members will receive a member discount of 25% on all products.
9. The term of this agreement is one year from the Effective Date, with automatic renewals each year on the anniversary of the Effective Date until the student graduates. The Effective Date will be 7 days following Program member’s enrollment, as accepted by Platinum Performance.
10. Membership Termination:
    • Early Termination. A Program member may terminate their enrollment in the Veterinary Student Program at any time without cause. Members who choose to terminate their enrollment in the Program must provide Platinum Performance with written notice of intent to terminate. Such member will immediately forfeit all benefits of the Program. Platinum Performance may terminate a Program member’s enrollment in the Program if such member no longer meets eligibility criteria. Upon the termination date, such Program member will immediately forfeit all benefits of the Program.
    • Termination Upon Graduation. Upon graduation from Veterinary School, Veterinary Student Program members will have a five (5) week grace period from the date of graduation before membership automatically terminates and benefits of the Program end. During the grace period, Veterinary Student Program members may wish to enroll as a licensed wholesale veterinarian with Platinum Performance® to access benefits.
11. Platinum Performance reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program at any time and for any reason, without advanced notice to Program members.
12. Entire agreement. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements, promises, representations or understandings between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
13. Compliance with law. The parties will each comply with applicable statutes, rules, regulations and other laws in their performance under this agreement.
14. Governing law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York.
