It’s simple to redeem Platinum Rewards® on our Website or by calling a Platinum Advisor at 800-553-2400.
In checkout you will see the points available to use on a purchase. Simply select the amount of points you’d like to apply. The order total will update once points have been applied. You can also login anytime to your account on our Website to view points you’ve earned as well as your points history.
Points can be redeemed on our U.S. Website for all orders except ongoing auto-ships. For current auto-ship subscriptions and orders purchased from your veterinarian, please call a Platinum Advisor.
