Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed into your account. Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Rewards points in a slide bar on the top right of the page. To use your Rewards, slide the points redemption bar to select the number of points you would like to redeem on the order, then continue with the checkout process. To redeem all available Rewards, slide the bar all the way to the right.
Yes! Once enrolled in Platinum Rewards, provide proof of purchase information and upload a photo of the purchase receipt.
