Platinum Performance® is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the distribution of its high-quality supplements through the selected sales channels. In order to ensure the best supplement plan for the animal and optimum product freshness and potency, all Platinum Performance® Military & First Responders Program members are expected and required to uphold the ethical distribution of the products and abide by the following guidelines. Any deviation from these guidelines will result in the revocation of the status as an authorized member of the Platinum Performance® Military & First Responders Program and no additional orders will be allowed for such accounts.

1. Platinum Performance® supplements are to be dispensed directly to the authorized Military & First Responders Program member. Platinum Performance® supplements are not intended to be directly or indirectly sold, or consigned, to any establishment or party for retail resale.
2. Platinum Performance® supplements are not to be sold directly or indirectly to parties such as feed stores, mail order catalogs, online catalogs, pet stores, discount warehouses or any such establishment with the purpose of resale, as this does not fit with the ethical distribution model.
3. Platinum Performance® will not authorize Military & First Responders Program members that allow retailers or wholesalers to use their name for the purchase of goods or service.
4. The Military & First Responders Program is for the benefit of the individual mentioned below and is not extendable to others including clients of the Military & First Responders Program member.
5. Platinum Performance® reserves the right to terminate the Military & First Responders Program member’s account based on violation of this agreement, misrepresentation, criminal, unethical or unsportsmanlike conduct.
6. Platinum Performance® reserves the right to refuse sale to any party.
7. Military & First Responders Program members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the educational materials that Platinum Performance® provides to be an informed ambassador of the brand.
8. The term of this agreement is one year from the Effective Date, with automatic renewals each year on the anniversary of the Effective Date.
