Zoetis employees that are enrolled in and that comply with all the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program terms (“Qualifying Employees”) will be eligible to receive 20% Off all Platinum Performance Foundation Formulas for all species (Horses, Dogs and Cats) for purchases up to $1000 per quarter and $4,000 per year.
To be eligible for the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program, a qualifying employee must meet the following “Program Requirements”:
Eligible Platinum Performance® Foundation Formulas in the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program: Platinum Performance® Equine, Platinum Performance® CJ, Platinum Performance® GI, Platinum Performance® Canine, Platinum Performance® Canine Plus, Platinum Performance® Canine CJ and Platinum Performance® Feline. The 20% Off Benefit of the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program only applies to purchases of Platinum Performance® Foundation Formulas made after creating a new account using directions provided by Zoetis benefits team and Platinum Performance®.
While Zoetis expects to continue the benefits described in this policy, it reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate one or more of the benefits at any time for any reason with or without notice in accordance with applicable law. Zoetis may also need to adjust any or all of the benefits of this policy to comply with applicable laws or regulations. Employees are not eligible for this policy if they are eligible for another similar policy or benefit plan or program maintained by any of Zoetis’ subsidiaries or affiliates, or if they are a member of a group or class not eligible for benefits based on the policy in place at the subsidiary or the respective affiliate.
Zoetis may cancel the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program upon termination of employment or departure from Zoetis. Any notification to you under this Agreement may be by any reasonable method chosen by Zoetis and Platinum Performance®.
