What is the Platinum Performance® Nutritional Benefit Program?

Platinum Performance® is offering all U.S. based Zoetis Employees the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program: 20% Off all Equine, Canine and Feline Foundation Formulas.

Why is the Platinum Performance® Nutritional Benefit Program only for Platinum Foundation Formulas?

Platinum Performance’s philosophy is grounded in having a strong nutritional foundation. We believe daily supplements have greater efficacy when starting at the cellular level with the right foundation formula. We believe adding support products to a strong cellular foundation can help support efficacy and overall health and wellness.

Who is eligible for the Platinum Performance® Nutritional Benefit Program?

All current U.S.-based Zoetis employees with a Zoetis email address.

Can I purchase other Platinum products (non-foundation formulas) while signed-in under my account?

Yes, those enrolled are free to purchase all support products at the retail prices listed.

Who is allowed to use my Platinum Benefit?

The nutritional benefit is limited to U.S based Zoetis employees and their immediate family members.

How do I start using my Platinum Benefit?

Visit www.platinumperformance.com/nutrition and follow the instructions to set up your personal account.

What if I already have an account with Platinum under a personal email address?

Please create a new account with your Zoetis email address or call a Platinum Advisor at 800-553-2400.

Is there a limit on how much Platinum product I can purchase using my benefit?

Yes, the order limit using the 20% Off benefit is $1,000 per quarter and $4,000 per year This amount excludes any taxes or shipping costs. There is no limit to the amount of foundation formulas and/or support products you can purchase at full retail prices.

Are taxes and shipping included in the Platinum Benefit?

Taxes and shipping are not included. The 20% Off benefit is applied to the listed retail purchase price for foundation formulas. Tax and shipping will then be applied to the final total.

Can I choose to have my Equine formulas in Platinum PAKs?

Currently Platinum PAKs are not available with the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program.

Am I eligible to sign up for Auto-Ship?

Yes, participants in the Platinum Nutritional Benefit Program can sign up to have orders on Auto-Ship and save 50% on ground shipping.

As a Zoetis employee, is my horse eligible to enroll in Platinum Colic Coverage®?

Yes, employees are able to apply for Platinum Colic Coverage for their horse(s). However, you cannot combine the Employee Nutritional Benefit Program with enrollment in Platinum Colic Coverage. Talk to a Platinum Advisor if you have questions about which program may provide the benefits most important to you.

Can I have orders shipped to me if I live outside the U.S.?

Right now, orders can only ship to Zoetis employees who live in the U.S.

Do I need to save receipts or send in for reimbursement?

No, once you create your account all ordering and benefit tracking will take place through the Platinum website.

How do I know which formulas are right for me and/or my animals?

If you have any questions, you can always call Platinum Performance and speak to Platinum Advisor at 800-553-2400. Each Advisor is expertly trained to recommend the right formulas for your specific needs.
