Platinum Performance Barn Program Terms & Conditions

Platinum Performance, Inc. ("Platinum") offers special barn pricing for clients on high volume purchases of select Platinum products (the "Barn Program"). To participate in the Barn Program, clients must comply with the Terms & Conditions governing the Barn Program as set forth herein. Platinum reserves the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify Participants who have violated any of the terms and conditions of these Terms & Conditions. Platinum reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of the Barn Program, in whole or in part, and to terminate the Barn Program, or a client’s enrollment at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Client’s continued participation in the Barn Program constitutes client’s acceptance of any changes or modifications to the Barn Program.

Client’s participation in the Barn Program shall be governed in all respects by the law of the State of New York, without regard to choice of law provisions. Client agrees that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to your participation in the Barn Program shall be in the state or federal court of competent subject matter jurisdiction in the County of New York in the State of New York.

Eligibility. Clients with eight (8) or more horses under their care (a "Barn"), that are residents of the United States or are shipping to a barn or facility in the Unites States and its territories and are at least 18 years of age, are eligible to participate in the Barn Program. Clients that are enrolled in any of the following Platinum Performance programs are ineligible to participate: Platinum Colic Coverage®, Trainers Program, Breeders Program, AAEVT Program, Industry Appreciation Program, Public Service Animal Program, University Program, Veterinary Student Program, Youth Ambassador Program or Sponsored Athletes Program. Participation in another Platinum program not listed here may disqualify client from enrollment, in Platinum’s sole discretion. Wholesalers, distributors and/or resellers are not eligible to participate in the Barn Program. Employees of Platinum, its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates and employees are not eligible to participate in the Barn Program. Any dispute regarding the eligibility of a client will be resolved by Platinum in its sole discretion.

Enrollment. Eligible clients can enroll by registering for an account ("Account") located at [www.platinumperformance.com] ("Website") and submitting an application for the Barn Program ("Participants"). All Barn Program applications are subject to review and approval to participate in Platinum’s sole discretion. The Participant initiating the enrollment process will serve as the Primary Account Holder ("PAH") for the Barn. For additional individual Participants that are part of the Barn, the PAH must accept such Participant as associated with the Barn.

By enrolling, each Participant agrees to provide Platinum with valid contact information and other information as follows:

  • Barn Name
  • PAH Name
  • Role (Barn Manager, Trainer, etc.)
  • Address(es)*
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Preferred method of communication
  • Riding Discipline
  • Horse’s name
  • Contact Responsible for payment for this specific horse (including phone and email if different from above)

By enrolling, PAH understands that the above information may appear on the Website for eligible Participants to search for their associated Barn. To become associated with a Barn, eligible Participants acknowledge that their information will be shared with the PAH. Each Barn may be assigned to a Platinum Barn Manager Advisor as a personal liaison for the Account. All orders whether placed on our Website or with a Platinum Advisor must comply with the Requirements set forth in these Terms & Conditions to qualify for Barn Program pricing.

Requirements. To qualify for volume pricing, each order must meet the following requirements:

  • Order must include a minimum of:
    • Eight (8) Platinum PAKs®
      OR
    • Six (6) 25 lb Buckets
      OR
    • Three (3) 50 lb Buckets
      OR
  • Combinations of Buckets and Platinum PAKs® will not qualify for the minimum.
  • 25lb and 50lb Buckets that total to 150lbs can be mixed and matched
  • All Platinum wellness foundation formulas are eligible for the program

Each Pak/Bucket must contain a granular Platinum wellness formula (Platinum Performance® Equine, Platinum Performance® GI or Platinum Performance® CJ).

  • Platinum PAKs® must be 56 day supply. Buckets must be 25 lbs or greater
  • Platinum PAKs®/Buckets must be on Auto Ship.
  • Platinum PAKs®/Buckets must ship to the same address*.

Platinum reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Barn Program at any time and for any reason.

Account Access. Once a Barn has been enrolled in the Barn Program, the PAH will have access to the “My Barn” section of their account and can view all Participants and orders associated with their Barn. The PAH will receive updates on all auto-ship orders associated with the Barn and can view Barn Account details.

Participant is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access credentials and other information in connection with his/her Account and will be solely liable for any and all activities under the Account. Participant shall be responsible for keeping all Account information up-to-date. Participant agrees to notify Platinum immediately of any unauthorized or fraudulent use of PAH’s Account or any other breach of security or data privacy. Participant’s use of the Website is governed by its Terms of Use [link]. Each Participant is responsible for remaining knowledgeable on, and in compliance with, the Platinum Website’s Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy. By registering for an Account, Participant agrees to allow Platinum to communicate via mail, email, and through other channels as applicable. Platinum may use these channels to communicate Account status, Account changes, offer special promotions, offers, or offerings that Platinum believes may be of interest to Participant. A Participant who chooses to opt-out of marketing communications will receive only transactional messages related to his/her Account. Participant information will be protected in accordance with Platinum’s Privacy Policy available at: https://www.platinumperformance.com/privacy-center.html.

*Additional Ship to Address(es) for the same Barn are subject to review and approval in Platinum’s sole discretion.
